Fred, who joined SCP in September 2006, is a member of the Company’s Acquisition Team and works from the New York office. His primary focus is industrial, retail and “other” property categories.

Prior to SCP, Fred was a Principal at Longwing Real Estate Ventures, LLC in New York, where he originated, underwrote, acquired and asset-managed over $285 million of properties including office and student housing apartments. Prior to Longwing, Fred worked at Lazard Freres Real Estate Investors where he oversaw asset management and disposition of over $1 billion in real estate operating companies in the office, industrial, extended stay hotel and assisted living sectors. Fred also spent four years in Prudential Securities Real Estate Investment Banking group where he worked on a variety of transactions totaling over $1.5 billion for real estate clients.

Fred holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard University.
