Robb, who joined SCP in June 2005, works from the Chicago office and is a member of the Acquisitions team. His primary focus is office, medical office, retail, independent/assisted living and manufactured housing located throughout the U.S.

Prior to joining SCP, Robb was a Senior Acquisitions Analyst at Trizec Properties, Inc., (acquired by Brookfield and Blackstone) one of the nation’s largest publicly-held owners and operators of commercial real estate, where he was involved in multiple acquisitions and dispositions in its core Central Business District markets and assisted in acquiring over $600 million in office properties and closed over $1 billion in office and retail properties. He was also instrumental in the development of Trizec into a REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust).

Robb holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with concentrations in real estate and urban land economics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from DePaul (Kellstadt) University where he graduated with honors and was elected to the Phi Kappa Phi honor society. Robb is currently a member of the Chicago Real Estate Council, the University of Wisconsin - Madison Real Estate Alumni Association and holds an Illinois real estate license.
