Albert Gore, III
Vice President, Business Development
Albert Gore joined SCP as a Consultant in 2009 and became the Vice President of Business Development in 2010. He works from the New York office where his primary focus includes researching mission-driven investing and the entities that have adopted this investment philosophy. He is also currently developing a business plan for the Strategic Partners Urban Fund.
Prior to SCP, Albert worked for GOOD Magazine in Los Angeles where he was the Advertising Director and subsequent Associate Publisher. He was instrumental in launching the national publication with more than a dozen non-profit partner organizations including Teach for America, UNICEF and City Year. In his position as Associate Publisher, Albert was involved in assembling an advertising client base that included Polo, Timberland, Marc Jacobs and Netflix. In 2007, Albert began working with homeless young adults in the Education and Job Training Program at Covenant House California.
Albert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard University.
