Charles J. “Charlie” Garcia is President and Chief Executive Officer of Garcia Construction Group, Inc., which specializes in general construction and construction management of retail, industrial and institutional projects across the U.S.

Mr. Garcia was named Entrepreneur of the Year in 1994 by Ernst & Young and Small Businessman of the Year in 2000 by the Small Business Administration. Mr. Garcia has also won the following awards:

Born in San Francisco, CA, Garcia attended the College of San Mateo and graduated from the Way College of Biblical Research. Mr. Garcia attended Butler University and has graduated from the Dartmouth University and University of California at Los Angeles executive programs.

Mr. Garcia’s directorships include Butler University, Bank One Indiana, Federal Reserve Bank, Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce (Chairman Elect), Indianapolis Museum of Art, Eiteljorg Museum, Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, Indiana Progress Industry Committee, Crossroads of America Boy Scouts and Challenge Foundation Academy charter school.
