Amanda joined Strategic Capital Partners in June 2007 as a Senior Accountant and now serves as Assistant Vice President of Finance. She manages all property reporting functions for the Company.

Prior to joining SCP, Amanda spent seven years in various positions at 40/86 Mortgage Capital as a Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager. In this position, she managed a portfolio of property with $500 million in loans comprising approximately 5.5 million square feet and 180 properties. She was responsible for overseeing the daily management of general accounting processes, accounts payable processing, cash management, remittance to investors, internal policies and procedures and SOX compliance as well as yearly property inspections and analysis of detailed budget variances and property taxes.

Prior to 40/86, Amanda was a Financial Sales Representative at Union Planters Bank where she managed a staff of 5 customer service representatives, tracked and reconciled general ledger and cash accounts, analyzed financial statements and prepared internal control reports.

Amanda received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Computer Science from St. Mary of the Woods College in Terre Haute, Indiana. She holds a Real Estate Salesperson's license in the State of Indiana and is currently pursuing her CCIM designation.
