Strategic Capital Partners' primary goal is to develop a diversified portfolio by asset type, location, and risk profile.

Through its fund, Strategic Partners Value Enhancement Fund (SPVEF I), individual joint ventures with experienced local real estate operators (LREOs) are formed.  These joint ventures acquire multi-family, office, industrial and retail properties using a "Tri-Coastal" strategy:  East, South/Southeast and West/Southwest coasts in the continental U.S.  On a selective basis, other asset types such as land, medical office buildings, self storage facilities, senior living, marinas and manufactured housing communities, may also be acquired.
