Tampa, Florida Area Industrial Properties Acquired by Hamilton-Titan Partners and Strategic Capital Partners

318,000 square foot portfolio includes home office and manufacturing facilities for Eva-Tone, Inc.

A joint venture of Hamilton-Titan Partners, a Chicago-based private real estate company, and Strategic Capital Partners, LLC (SCP), a Chicago-based private investment firm, has purchased a portfolio of industrial buildings in Largo, Florida, west of Tampa. The properties include the home office and manufacturing facilities for Eva-Tone, Inc., a printing and media products manufacturing company, as well as distribution and showroom buildings for other tenants totaling 318,000 square feet.

"These properties add both geographic and product diversification to our existing portfolio," said Bob Klauseger, a senior partner at Hamilton-Titan. "Strategic Capital matches up well with our acquisition strategy. They reacted quickly yet responsibly to the complexities of this value-add investment."
