Company Overview

Started in 2005, SCP has 15 real estate professionals and is headquartered in Chicago with offices in Indianapolis and New York City. SCP's executives and investment management professionals have more than 200 years of combined real estate investment management experience.

Investment Strategy

SCP is the general partner of Strategic Partners Value Enhancement Fund (SPVEF), a $250 million discretionary fund. The Fund's current real estate portfolio totals approximately $1 billion.
