SCP is the general partner of Strategic Partners Value Enhancement Fund (SPVEF), a $250 million discretionary fund.  The Fund's current real estate portfolio totals approximately $1 billion.  The Fund focuses on a value-added and opportunistic investment strategy for almost all property types.  SCP typically forms joint ventures with experienced local real estate operators to acquire and manage the properties.
